UsJetWays FAQ
Is the US Jetways card more economical than fractional ownership programs?
Absolutely. The US Jetways card has no fees, no costs, no monthly fees and there are no contracts to sign. Also, you're not tied to one specific aircraft as you would be through fractional ownership. Your US Jetways card gives you the opportunity to allow us to book the aircraft that meets your current needs when you need it.
What is your mission statement on security and safety?
US Jetways has a paramount commitment to our clients' security and safety. We require that all the carriers we charter through adhere strictly to the FAA guidelines and Part 135. We have an exemplary record and are proud of the commitment that our partners have in keeping the bar high in our industry for safety and security of all flights.
Do you have access to many United States airports?
Absolutely. US Jetways currently has access to over 5,000 airports in the US, and that is far fewer than the approximately 550 that are accessible to commercial carriers.
How much notice do I need to give to make reservations?
We understand that sometimes late minute travel plans pop up and we can book many of our flights with as little as 4 hours notice from you.
What are the advantages of using the US Jetways Card and can I use the US Jetways to access different aircraft?
Yes, our US Jetways card doesn't lock you into one particular aircraft. Your card is for aircraft flight usage depending on your travel needs. If you need a light jet aircraft and then find you need a larger jet to accommodate more passengers down the road, we're ready to help you! You get flexibility in your choices as well as the ability to upgrade your travel arrangements at any time by using your card. Additionally, your card privileges are transferable and you may let anyone you choose use your card including your friends and family as well as your professional associates. There are no yearly or monthly fees, however there are five different levels and each level comes with a service plan. It's just a matter of choosing the service plan that will best fit your own individual needs.
